Send existing customers a personal link. They top up what is running low in a few taps, or choose when you should remind them.
A product someone loves runs low on a Tuesday night. If reordering means finding the store and the right size again, they may buy something else nearby instead.
Today, by hand
With this system
In the order your customer sees it, on any phone, in your branding.
Their name from your link, and one question about how much is left.
Refills with quantities, or a reminder in two weeks or a month.
Enabled actions run when their conditions match and the required accounts are connected. Staff alerts need a real destination and explicit activation during setup. Requests alone do not confirm bookings, payments or completed service.
Reorders without another campaign to build.
Results depend on your products, traffic and offer. AuraForms does not guarantee sales or conversion rates, and it does not confirm Shopify payments.

Our setup guarantee
Your system, branded for your business and ready for your review. If we miss the 48-hour deadline, you can claim a full refund of your setup fee.

48-hour setup promise
The 48-hour clock starts after payment when you share your website or brand materials and grant build access. These are elapsed hours, including weekends. The promise is a setup ready for review; publishing follows your approval. We guide you through any account connections needed for live delivery. Request the setup-fee refund through Contact Support if we miss the deadline. Your AuraForms subscription and usage charges are separate.
Type your store address in a product group. No app install, API key or developer is needed. Your store must publish Shopify’s public product catalogue, which password-protected and private stores do not.
On your own Shopify checkout, or your store’s cart page if you prefer. Shopify handles payment, shipping, taxes and discounts. AuraForms never charges for your products.
Yes. Emails, team alerts, webhooks and Google Sheets run the moment the customer submits, before they reach checkout. AuraForms cannot see whether the Shopify order was paid, so messages never claim a purchase.
Use the system yourself, or have an AuraForms specialist set up your refill flow with you.

Yes. Every order started from the system carries the referral “auraforms” and its AuraForms submission id in the order details.
Each question can open with a short line you write, chosen by their earlier answers: “Sore arches can make longer runs hard work.” It appears with the next question on the same screen and is spoken in voice experiences. It is deterministic, so nothing is generated per shopper.
No. Products and stores are fictional, with AI-generated sample product photos and stock lifestyle photography. When you add the system, sample products are removed. Your product information and images then come only from your own Shopify catalogue.
