More five-star reviews. Fewer surprises.
Ask every pet owner after every visit. Happy ones get their own words back, ready for Google. Unhappy ones reach the practice owner before they reach the internet.
Great work goes unreviewed. Bad days go public.
Most happy pet owners never think to leave a review, and the ones who are upset rarely tell you first. By the time you read a one-star review, the chance to fix it has passed.
Today, by hand
- Remembering to ask each pet owner for a review
- Chasing people who said they would write one
- Finding out about a bad experience from Google
- Knowing which team member earned the praise
With this system
What your customer experiences
In the order your customer sees it, on any phone, in your branding.
- 1
Two taps
The pet owner rates the visit and says who looked after them, pre-filled from your link.
Right after the visit
- 2
Happy: their words, back to them
They pick what stood out and describe it in a sentence. Those exact words are shown back with a copy button and a Google review button.
- 3
Unhappy: straight to the owner
They explain what went wrong and choose how you can make it right. The practice owner gets an email and a text with everything needed to call back.
What happens automatically
No more manual review requests or reminder emails.
Results depend on how often you send the link, your service and your current process. Aura does not guarantee reviews, ratings or revenue.

Questions before you launch
Is it allowed to send happy customers a different email?
Yes, as long as everyone is invited to review on the same terms. Every customer, whatever their rating, gets the same Google review link and the same reminder. What changes is the private conversation: happy customers are thanked with their own words, and unhappy ones get an apology and a follow-up. Google prohibits selectively asking only happy customers, and this system never does.
Do customers have to copy their words themselves?
They can tap Copy my words on the page, and the same words arrive in their email next to the review button. On a phone it is copy, tap, paste.
Will it text my customers without permission?
No. Customers receive a text only if they enter a mobile number and tick the box asking for the review link by text.
Where do I get my Google review link?
Let every good visit become a review.
