Our setup guarantee
Your system, branded for your business and ready for your review. If we miss the 48-hour deadline, you can claim a full refund of your setup fee.

48-hour setup promise
The 48-hour clock starts after payment when you share your website or brand materials and grant build access. These are elapsed hours, including weekends. The promise is a setup ready for review; publishing follows your approval. We guide you through any account connections needed for live delivery. Request the setup-fee refund through Contact Support if we miss the deadline. Your AuraForms subscription and usage charges are separate.
Share your website, links to flyer photos or business documents, or all of them. Your specialist matches your branding, prepares the systems and messages, and guides any account connections. You review the work and walk through how to use it before publishing.
Open Contact Support in your AuraForms workspace. Submit your question and our team can follow up by email. Include the system and the step you need help with so we can look into it. You have a support channel after the setup is complete.
No. Put the intake and roadside links in your voicemail greeting, Google Business Profile and website. Drivers who submit get an immediate confirmation, and stranded or unsafe requests are texted to your on-call technician.
Use the blueprint yourself or have Aura configure it for your business.
