What counts as a submission?
A submission is one completed response or payment flow sent through a published intake system. Draft previews do not count toward monthly submissions.
What are AI Actions?
AI Actions are the monthly included usage for assisted creation, summaries, insights, follow-ups, images, and similar smart features. You can top up if you need more.
What happens if I hit a monthly limit?
Aura Forms warns you as you approach limits. If a hard monthly cap is reached, the related action pauses until the next cycle, a top-up, or an upgrade.
Are Aura Forms platform fees in addition to Stripe fees?
Yes. Stripe charges its normal processing fee. Aura Forms only applies the plan-based platform fee when your intake system collects payment through connected Stripe checkout.
Can I remove Aura Forms branding?
Yes. Launch and Automate remove Aura Forms branding from public intake systems.
Can I embed intake systems on my website?
Yes. Published intake systems can be shared as public links or embedded on your site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your paid subscription from account settings. Active paid subscribers keep their current Stripe billing price unless they change or cancel.
Can I get help building my first workflow?
Yes. Launch, Automate, and Scale customers can request done-for-you customer systems from the Aura Systems Team. We scope each system with you, send a clear proposal, and build it inside your Aura account after payment and explicit access approval.
